Shriya Pilgaonkar made her acting debut in television at the age of only five with the serial ‘Tu Tu Main Main’ as Bittu directed by her father Sachin Pilgaonkar in 1996 which was aired on Star Plus. After 19 years later, she again appeared on television playing one of the female lead roles Ishanvi in ‘Stupid Cupid’ directed by Reshu Nath in 2015.

Shriya entered into the stage with the English play ‘Freedom of Love’ where she played as a child role in 1996. Then she acted in the other three English plays ‘Internal Affairs’, ‘Common People’ and ‘Bombay Dying’. She showed off her brilliant acting performances in those plays and highly applauded.

Shriya started her film career with a 10-minute short drama Freedom of the Love, but her first film was Ekluti Ek 2013 in Marathi language, in which her parents played the role of her parents in this film. This film was made by his father Sachin Pilgaonkar.

Shriya’s first Bollywood debut film was Fan in which she played the role of Neha, for which she got an apology and got the opportunity to work with her Shah Rukh Khan.
